After more than five years in Thailand's competitive hotel and convention sector, she returned to Bhutan to help shape the country's MICE and special events industry. As a certified member of the Society for Incentive Travel Excellence (SITE), Lizam combines global best practices with deep local expertise, working closely with international clients to create purposeful events that celebrate Bhutan's culture, natural beauty, and commitment to responsible tourism.
Ugyen plays a pivotal role in ensuring every MICE programme runs smoothly, combining nearly a decade of tourism experience with outstanding operational expertise. As part of the leadership team at MICE Bhutan, she oversees every stage of incoming group travel, managing visa processing, flight reservations, accommodation, transportation, and on-the-ground logistics with exceptional attention to detail. A certified member of the Society for Incentive Travel Excellence (SITE), Ugyen brings internationally recognised industry knowledge together with an in-depth understanding of Bhutan's tourism landscape. Her meticulous planning and calm coordination ensure delegates, corporate groups, and event participants enjoy a seamless experience from arrival to departure.
Jason specialises in designing memorable MICE experiences that align with each organisation's goals while delivering exceptional experiences for every participant. With extensive experience across hospitality, travel, and event management, he has planned programmes ranging from intimate executive retreats of 15 guests to large-scale corporate events for up to 300 participants. From meetings and incentive travel to conferences and corporate retreats, Jason develops tailored itineraries that combine authentic local experiences, unique destinations, and responsible tourism, ensuring every programme is thoughtfully planned and professionally delivered.
Felicia brings more than 17 years of experience in tourism and event management, delivering customised travel programmes and corporate events with precision and professionalism. She has built extensive expertise in organising incentive travel, corporate meetings, conferences, team-building programmes, leisure travel, and group tours. Working closely with clients, hotels, airlines, cruise operators, destination partners, and local suppliers, Felicia develops tailored itineraries that support business objectives while creating meaningful experiences for participants. Her meticulous planning and strong supplier relationships ensure every journey and event is executed seamlessly from concept through to completion.
Behind every successful event is flawless technical execution, and Ugen ensures every production element comes together seamlessly. With a strong background in multimedia, 3D modelling, graphic design, and animation, he brings a unique combination of technical expertise and creative problem-solving to the MICE Bhutan team. He oversees the technical operations of each event, coordinating technical vendors while managing stage setups, audio-visual systems, lighting, and LED screen installations. Known for his composure under pressure and keen attention to detail, Ugen resolves on-site technical challenges quickly and efficiently, ensuring every production is delivered smoothly from setup to completion.
